I’m excited for my weekend away in Vegas with 8 girlfriends! Sleeping in, Spa treatments & laying by the pool…. followed up by dinners, drinks & trouble to be had!!!
Swim lessons start Tuesday & this kid could not be more ready!!!
Today is the last day with my mom, Mumsie…she heads home tomorrow:) So we decided to do something fun and go to the Academy of Sciences. It’s amazing the wonder in a baby’s eye. The FISH were just so exciting and so amazing to Grayson!!! Thank you Carol for the year membership! We will be back soon!!
So it’s supposed to snow tonite for the first time since 1976!! I’m excited for a few flurries to cover our lashes, just not 8 feet on our front lawn like my in-laws. However, if I lived where it snowed all winter, I would be scooping up some of these Endoche booties and their winter cap. I may have to just get them anyway!! So cute!
Here’s a little peek at some new work and my new display. The show in Philly was a huge success!! My best show yet! I have a feeling the economy is growing again & I can’t wait to see what my business will become in a good economy???
Well it was a crazy time around here before leaving for my show in Philly. Luckily my mom flew in to help out with Grayson, but also to help clean the house, cook dinners, and run errands. These beautiful flowers Aaron gave me for Valentine’s Day were such a lovely addition to my workbench. They made the pre-show chaos a little more beautiful!! Thanks babe for the flowers! But THANK YOU...
Why is this somehow cute?? poisongirrl:
Grayson’s first Valentine’s Day and first balloon. Love. love. love.
My moms been here since Tuesday helping take care Grayson while I get ready for my upcoming wholesale show. But she has been doing everything from covering jewelry display stands to cleaning the kitchen, doing laundry, and cooking dinner for us all! A new treat she had made for Grayson is black beans. I had not made them for him as of yet, but they are sure to be a favorite. Just look at this...
So the birthday circuit has begun! We were invited to 2 birthdays this weekend. Our friend’s little girl Clee turned 2, and Mary & Phil’s son Luke turned 3. We ended up just going to Luke’s Pirate/Peter Pan party to prevent any baby meltdowns. There were several 3 year olds there, and several babies Grayson age (many of these parents are already on round 2 of babies)....
I am overwhelmed with joy, tears in my eyes for this kid to finally crawl! He’s been bouncing on his knees, attempting to crawl, for months!! I rush to grab the little video camera, turn it on, nothing. Turn it on again, realize cap is on lens. Take cap off, turn it on again, realize battery is dead. So I grab my cell phone and capture the most pixelly, grainy video. But hey, you only have...
Trucks, Trucks, Trucks!!!
This kid is all BOY!!!
Now that the weather is getting nicer, I want to start taking Grayson for swim lessons. We’ve already been practicing our kicks for 8 months now. I think G will be a champ in the water!
Who needs to crawl when you can just pose?
Love what you do
I got this print for my assistant for Christmas (along with a holiday bonus, of course). But I think it so true. It’s not always easy working for myself, but I do love it! There are downsides too…like when it’s crunch time, I have to work extra. Ahh! Like this weekend for example, I spent most of my time getting ready for my upcoming show, and redesigning my booth display. (Not what I wanted to...
i heart wide plank wood floors!
Ever since I’ve been making baby food, I suddenly want to eat whatever Grayson’s eating. Sweet potatoes are a fav. This week we’re all about pears. Then I saw this image. Are you kidding me?? This looks amazing!! I can’t wait to make it. I think when my mom’s here next week, I’m just gonna have to. I’ll let you know how it goes. Yum! jojochao: pear salad
It’s amazing how times flies. One minute I’m pregnant, then next minute I blink and you’re already 8 months. It’s been the best, most special, most loved 8 months. Happy 8 months Grayson!!
I’ve done several custom engagement rings over the last few years, but this one is turning out really sweet! Can’t wait for her to receive it in time for Valentine’s Day!! Back to work i go…. (photo is just prototype)
The thing about becoming a mother…. you expect that you’ll lose your mind, what you don’t expect is to lose more socks than you own!! These booties, a gift from my cousin Johanna, are one of my top favs for new moms. Not only are they sheepskin lined, but they have ties to keep them on Grayson’s wiggly feet. more favorite’s later….
If you’re snotty and you know it clap your hands…– today’s theme song
Love this hat, fur lined and all! and this baby is to die for<3
I was talking with my sister about a new App I want to design… but someone beat me to it!! “It’s five o’clock somewhere!” App Can’t wait to use this! And since today is Groundhog Day…I can’t wait to use this app again tomorrow! Cheers!!
